Tuition and Other Financial Matters

Registration
Non-refundable, annual registration fee is $60.00 per family, and is due on June 15th preceding the upcoming season.

Tuition
When paying tuition, please note child’s name if different from check remitter, reason for payment and child’s Chorus Level. Payment may be placed in the “check and note” box on the bulletin board in each rehearsal room, handed to Chorus Liaison or receptionist, or mailed to CCCC, PO Box 2518, Walnut Creek, CA 94595-0518. Payments may be made by check, cash, Visa or Mastercard. Payments by credit card may be faxed to 945-7578.
 

Annual Tuition covers 10 months
 (from September to June)
You may opt to pay in two semester payments or 8 monthly payments. Please call Kathy 945-7101 x 203 or email her (accounts@childrenschorus.org) as special conditions apply.

Account Status
As part of our ongoing efforts to keep costs down, we do not issue invoices except in the case of delinquent accounts. Therefore, it is your responsibility to be sure all payments are received on or before their due dates.

Your chorus account needs to be current before enrolling in optional programs.

Mandatory Tickets Purchase

*5 general admission tickets at $15.00 each, or 2 early bird tickets @ $37.50 each required for each concert.

Financial Assistance
A limited number of partial scholarships are available to those singers needing financial assistance. If you feel you qualify, ask for a scholarship application from Kathy at Ext. 203. Forms will be reviewed and you will be notified by letter if your scholarship has been awarded. You are still responsible for registration fee and ticket purchase unless other arrangements have been made.

Other Costs
Uniforms: You are responsible for purchasing the required Level 3 Choir uniform.

Optional programs: Participation in Music Camp, Theater Arts for Kids, and Young Opera are not included in your tuition. Watch your monthly newsletters for pricing.
