The day of chorus – leave a message on the office attendance line or
send a fax.945-7578

Music
A music folder will be given to each child to enable practice at home. Folder and music will be returned to CCCC in December and reissued in January with the next semester’s music. Again, folder and music will be returned in May. Watch the website for the turn in date. If music is lost or stolen, a fee will be charged by CCCC. The fee is different for each level as the numbers and costs of music varies with each level.

Arrivals and departures
Make arrangements to drop off and pick up your children promptly from rehearsals and performances. Please contact us immediately if a situation has arisen which causes you to be late. CCCC is not responsible for childcare. However, no child will ever be left alone at a rehearsal or performance site. For your child’s safety, please park in the upper lot and walk your child down to the rehearsal room.

Safety First
With so many children entering the chorus and with all the ongoing construction, it is too dangerous for cars to drop off by the building. Please park in the upper lot and escort your child down to the chorus room.
