OCTOBER 2008 October 10th Rehearsal Clothing for Rehearsal and Performances We are trying to get an appealing and authentic look without the families having to spend too much money. We suggest you go to Thrift Stores, Ross, Marshalls etc. GIRLS: SKIRT - solid color, loose, flowing (can be tiered) knee or calf length BLOUSE - White - can have either long, short or three- quarter length sleeves SHOES - Has to be comfortable and safe to dance in. No tennis shoes, crocs or flip flops. Can be open toed sandals as long as they have straps. Other suggestions: flats, ballet slippers, jazz shoes (only if you already have them). Just remember, you must be able to dance in them. BOYS: PANTS: Black or Dark Blue SHIRT: White SHOES - Has to be comfortable and safe to dance in. No tennis shoes, crocs or flip flops. Can be open toed sandals as long as they have straps. Just remember, you must be able to dance in them. What to bring: Filled Water bottle Bring a substantial snack to eat between shows (no nuts as we have some severely allergic kids) What to do: Eat before you come Snack should be a a clearly labeled brown bag - name and level on bag. Bring as little as possible with you. Choristers are not to leave in between shows.
