Online Newsletter Quick Tips

Some of you have informed us that you have experienced some difficulty in navigating the newsletter on the CCCC web site. 

The online newsletter is set up in basically the same way as the hard copy you have become accustomed to – in three sections:

1. General News: Information that pertains to all chorus members, regardless of your chorus level

2. Level Specific News: Information that pertains to your specific chorus level

3. Level Calendar: Important dates and times for your chorus level

To help guide you through it, we’ve prepared these tips to help you quickly get to the sections you want to access.

General News
To access the newsletter, go to the CCCC Members Home Page. On the left side of the site, there is a link to “Newsletter”. By clicking on this link, you will get to Section 1: General News. From here, you can look at only the news that you need to see by using the top links, jump directly to the news or calendar for your level, or browse through the entire newsletter page by page (just like the hard copy).

Top Links will quickly take you to any pertinent news for the month.

If you prefer, you can Jump directly to your level news or calendar by clicking on your level from one of the dropdown boxes provided. To do this, click on the arrow next to the dropdown box, and select your level.

OR you may Browse through the entire newsletter page by page by using the “Next” and “Back” links provided at the bottom of each page. They will take you to the page immediately preceding or following the one you are currently viewing.

When you get to the last page of the general news section, the "Next" link changes to a dropdown box identical to the one above. Click on the arrow and select your level to continue to news specific to your chorus level.

The “Next” link at the bottom of your level news will take you directly to your level calendar.

Level Specific News
There are 2 ways to access your level news. The first is to jump from the General newsletter section as described above. The second is to go directly to your level. To do this – from the Member home page, click on the top link for your level:

This will take you the index for your chorus level. Now click on "News".

You will be taken directly to the news that is pertinent to your specific chorus level. Links are also available at the top of the page to get back to the general news section of the newsletter.

Level Calendar
As with your level news, you can access your calendar by jumping from the general newsletter pages, or by going directly to your level as described above. Just click on "Calendar" instead of "News", and you’re there in a click!
