About Scrip
Scrip is another term for gift certificates. The word “scrip” is used when gift certificates are used for fund-raising purposes. We can benefit through scrip fund-raising in two ways:
Paper Scrip
Paper scrip (gift certificates) is obtained through the National Scrip Center. Orders may be placed each week by completing the Scrip Order Form and placing it in the Scrip box at the rehearsal site no later than Wednesday at 6:00pm. Your completed order may be retrieved from the CCCC office the following Tuesday. Your personal scrip account will be credited at the time your order is recorded.
Note: Check must be separate from other chorus payments and merchandise orders.
Scrip forms are available in .pdf format. To read this file, you will need to download Acrobat® Reader™ free from Adobe if you do not already have it installed.

E-scrip
To participate in E-scrip, you must register with the E-scrip organization. This can be done online at www.escrip.com or by calling 1-800-582-0942. After you register your charge cards/grocery cards, you will automatically begin earning money for CCCC and your individual account by using those cards at participating merchants. A $10 annual fee applies. Your personal scrip account will be credited at the time information is made available to CCCC by E-scrip.
A complete list of participating merchants can be found on the E-scrip web site.
How much do I earn?
70% of the earnings CCCC receives on E-scrip and Paper scrip will be credited to your personal Scrip account. An accounting of these earnings is kept by the volunteer Scrip Administrator. This money is available for use for CCCC summer camp and/or tour costs for as long as you continue to be enrolled in a CCCC chorus program.
Who do I call about scrip?
The volunteer administrator of the CCCC scrip program is Beth
Stutzman. Please contact Beth with questions concerning the scrip program.

When you would like to use scrip earnings to pay for camp or tour, you need to follow these steps before payment is due for the activity:
1. Contact June Mierau for your account balance
2. Complete a Scrip Withdrawal form (available in .pdf format – you will need to download Acrobat® Reader™ free from Adobe if you do not already have it installed).

3. Mail or deliver the withdrawal form to the CCCC office along with your check for any balance you owe for camp or tour.
